Description
A moon-phase display defines F.P.Journe Octa Lune Ref. LN Platinum Grey Dial (2024); its construction brings together a 40mm platinum case, a grey dial, and an automatic movement.
The watch is powered by the in-house Caliber 1300.3, a self-winding movement made of solid 18k rose gold, offering a five-day power reserve (120 hours) and delivering remarkable chronometric performance. An exhibition caseback reveals the movement.
The Octa Lune is configured with the brand’s characteristic off-center time display with stylized Arabic numerals, a power reserve indicator, and a beautifully rendered moon phase complication—all arranged with visual harmony on the finely textured grey dial. The moonphase aperture at 7 o’clock is subtly integrated into the dial layout, balanced by a large date window at 11 o’clock and a small seconds subdial at 5.
The watch is fitted to a leather strap.
The watch dates to 2024; it is described in pre-owned (very good) condition and is offered with its original box and original papers.
