Description
The F.P. Journe Quantième Perpétuel Ref. QP combines a 40mm platinum case with a whitened guilloché silver dial and an automatic perpetual-calendar movement. Measuring approximately 10.8mm in thickness, the case maintains a restrained profile despite the complexity of the calendar mechanism.
The white-silver dial arranges the day, date, month, and leap-year indications within clearly integrated apertures. Applied 18-carat white-gold Arabic numerals frame the display, rhodium-plated hands indicate the time, and a dedicated power-reserve scale provides an immediate view of the movement’s remaining autonomy.
The watch is powered by the automatic Caliber 1300.3. A unidirectional platinum rotor with a frictionless ball-bearing mechanism supplies winding energy, while the movement provides a five-day, 120-hour power reserve.
A leather strap complements the platinum case and light-toned dial. This example is offered with its original box and original papers.
