The Patek Philippe Nautilus 7018/1A-010 interprets the Gérald Genta-designed Nautilus in stainless steel with a factory-set diamond bezel, a blue mother-of-pearl dial, and an automatic movement. The reference retains the collection’s porthole-inspired geometry and integrated construction while introducing a more jewellery-focused dial and bezel treatment.

Polished surfaces across the octagonal bezel and case flanks contrast with the brushed case band and integrated lugs. Approximately 46 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling about 0.68 carats are set around the bezel. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, and a transparent sapphire caseback exposes the decorated movement.

The blue mother-of-pearl dial combines iridescent color with the Nautilus collection’s horizontal embossed pattern. Applied luminous baton markers occupy the hour positions apart from 3 o’clock, where a date aperture is placed. Polished white-gold baton hands with luminous fill and a black printed minute track complete the display.

Power is supplied by the self-winding Caliber 324 S C, equipped with a Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring in Silinvar. The 29-jewel movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour, uses a 21-karat-gold central rotor, carries the Patek Philippe Seal, and provides an approximately 35-to-45-hour power reserve.

The integrated stainless-steel bracelet combines polished center links with brushed outer links and closes with a fold-over clasp. This example is presented in pre-owned, very good condition with its original box and original papers.
