Description
Richard Mille RM 011 Felipe Massa Chronograph Rose Gold Titanium integrates a flyback chronograph into a rose gold case, paired with a transparent dial and driven by an automatic movement.
Launched in 2007 as the manufacture's first flyback chronograph, it was developed in collaboration with Ferrari Formula 1 driver Felipe Massa and became the commercial bedrock that established Richard Mille as a force in modern haute horology. The tripartite tonneau case 50 x 40 x with 18-karat rose gold bezel and caseback flanking a grade-5 titanium midcase, secured by titanium spline screws.
The skeletonized dial reveals the automatic Caliber RMAC1 with flyback chronograph, 60-minute countdown at nine, small seconds at three, 12-hour totalizer at six, oversized date at twelve, and month aperture at four-thirty.
Executed entirely in grade-5 titanium, the movement incorporates a variable-geometry rotor and delivers 50 hours of reserve, completed by a black rubber strap with titanium deployant clasp.
Production continued for a decade before the RM 011 was succeeded by the RM 11-03 in 2017, making the original Felipe Massa references increasingly difficult to source on the secondary market.
This example is offered in pre-owned (very good) condition with its original box and original papers.
