Description
Richard Mille RM 33-02 Carbon-TPT Rose Gold Limited Edition of 140 (2020) is a skeletonized watch configured with a carbon case, a transparent dial, and an automatic movement.
Limited to 140 pieces worldwide, the reference reinterprets the original aesthetic by combining tonneau-derived curves with a circular silhouette, distinguished by signature indentations at six and twelve o'clock that integrate the lugs directly into the case's torque-screw system — a hallmark of the model rarely encountered in round watchmaking. The tripartite case 41.70 x with Carbon TPT bezel and caseback flanking a satin-finished 18-karat 5N rose gold midcase, secured by fourteen grade-5 titanium spline screws.
The automatic Caliber RMXP1 — built in grade-5 titanium with Titalyt treatment and just thick — is wound by an off-center monoblock platinum micro-rotor and delivers a 45-hour power reserve, completed by a black rubber strap with rose gold deployant clasp.
The skeletonized dial is arranged with applied rose gold Arabic numerals on titanium rails over a rose gold flange. Production is limited to 140 pieces.
Launched in 2019 as the successor to the RM 033 (2011) and RM 33-01 (2015), it carries forward the manufacture's ultra-thin round design language while introducing the proprietary composite material to the form.
Dated 2020, this example is offered in like new & unworn condition with its original box and original papers.
