Description
Richard Mille RM 61-01 Yohan Blake Ceramic Yellow and Green Accents Jamaica Limited Edition of 100 (2018) integrates a tourbillon into a ceramic case, paired with a transparent dial and driven by a manual-winding movement.
The green and yellow palette pays tribute to Blake's homeland and his nickname "The Beast, " while the asymmetric case profile — sloping upward toward the crown — was engineered specifically to clear a sprinter's hand during competition, with shock resistance validated beyond 5,000 g. The asymmetric tonneau case 50.23 x with TZP-N black ceramic bezel and caseback flanking an NTPT carbon midcase, secured by grade-5 titanium spline screws.
The skeletonized dial reveals hand-anodized and hand-painted green flying bridges woven into the front of the movement above a yellow chapter ring.
Launched in 2014 as the more accessible counterpart to the RM 59-01 tourbillon Blake wore on the track, this reference was limited to just 100 pieces in the original Jamaican flag configuration. The manual-winding Caliber RMUL2, built entirely in grade-5 titanium with PVD and Titalyt treatment, is configured with a free-sprung balance and delivers a 55-hour power reserve, completed by a yellow rubber strap with titanium folding clasp.
This is a limited edition of 100 pieces. Production is limited to 100 pieces.
The watch dates to 2018; it is described in like new & unworn condition and is offered with its original box and original papers.
