Reference 18946 represents the platinum 39mm expression of that pinnacle, distinguished from the standard Day-Date by its factory diamond bezel and the wider Pearlmaster bracelet developed specifically for the Masterpiece line. The 39mm platinum case carries a bezel set with 40 round brilliant-cut diamonds.
Hours, minutes, seconds, day, and date are driven by Rolex's automatic chronometer caliber, paired to a solid platinum Pearlmaster bracelet with concealed clasp.
The meteorite dial is arranged with factory diamond hour markers with baguette-cut diamonds at six and nine, day aperture at twelve, and date window at three beneath the Cyclops.
